Clients booking services with Rainbow Photography agree to the following terms and conditions without exception:
Scheduling and policy information
Requests for photography/videography appointments should be submitted via our online calendar https://rainbowphotography.setmore.com with as many details as possible or by emailing photography.rainbowstudio@gmail.com. We will reply within 24 hours to verify the date, time and location of the shoot. Next-day orders are difficult to schedule and cannot be guaranteed. Once both parties have acknowledged the date and time of the appointment, the appointment will be considered booked.
Cancellation, No-Show and Inclement weather policy
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24hrs notice. Any shoot cancelled within 24hrs of a booked appointment is subject to a $100 Cancellation Fee. Arriving late beyond 30 minutes to an appointment will be considered a cancellation and will be billed at the full rate of the shoot. Every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduling. In the event of inclement weather preventing photography, videography or drone usage a new date will be scheduled at the earliest time available.

At the shoot
The Client is responsible for the presence of an authorized representative at the shoot to approve the Photographer’s interpretation of the project. If a Client or Brokerage representative is not present, the Photographer’s interpretation shall be deemed acceptable. The Photographer will make a reasonable effort to remove litter, stray objects etc. from the rooms; however please note that this does not include things like making beds or arranging furniture. Agents or Clients are expected to have the property staging and cleaning completed before the photo shoot. All properties will be shot “As is”. Your input is important when choosing the best rooms and angles to photograph. Absent your input the photographer will use his/her best judgement and experience to decide how to best photograph the property.
After the shoot
Once the images/video have been made, the photographer will perform digital retouching/editing and deliver to you in 1 to 2 working days (depending on the package that has been purchased) unless otherwise specified. Delivery is via a shared folder to the email address you supply. All images will meet a minimum resolution of 3000x2000 pixels, usable for both internet and print (for print sizes up to 8”x 10”). Videos will be delivered in Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels). The shared folder will be active for 2 weeks, so we strongly suggest downloading your images/videos as soon as possible. We are happy to provide upon request high-resolution images within the time the shared folder is active at no extra cost. After that time any request will be subject to a 50$ Late fee.

Rights and Usage
All images/videos produced for an Agent or Broker (Client) may be used by the Client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the Client’s self-promotion. Photos and Videos may also be used by the Client’s parent company for marketing purposes. Ownership of the images and videos remains with the Photographer, a full license of usage is granted to the Client and the Client’s parent company and not to any third party. Any usage of the images and videos by a third party including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, future sellers or buyers is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.

Payment
The photographer will provide his invoice with all product fee details via email the following days after the photoshoot. Payment must be made within 14 days from the invoicing date. Payment is accepted via bank transfer and images and videos will be delivered in the agreed timeframe.
